Our Privacy Promise

PixelCraft AI is built for craft makers who care about ownership, consent, and creative control.

Your uploaded photos are used to generate your own pixel bead pattern. We do not use your uploaded photos to train AI models. We do not publish your uploads or generated projects unless you explicitly choose to share them.

Uploaded Images

When you upload an image, PixelCraft AI may use it to:

• create an original-image preview;
• remove the background if you choose background removal;
• create a transparent cutout subject;
• convert visible pixels into a bead grid;
• map colors to bead palettes such as Perler, Artkal, Hama, or MARD;
• generate full charts, color-separated steps, 3D previews, bead counts, PNG exports, and PDF pattern files.

Uploaded files may be stored temporarily or in project storage when needed to provide the service, generate previews, support exports, or let you return to a saved project. We design the product to avoid unnecessary long-term storage of private uploads.

Background Removal and AI Processing

PixelCraft AI uses a provider-based background removal system. Depending on configuration, background removal may be handled by Cloudflare services, an external API provider, or our own container service.

We do not use uploaded images to train AI models. If we add optional AI image generation, AI image repair, or advanced enhancement features, those flows will be labeled clearly in the interface.

Generated Projects

Generated projects are private by default. A project may include the original image URL, cutout image URL, outlined subject, settings, pattern grid, color steps, 3D preview, shopping list, board layout, and export metadata.

Projects only become public if you actively choose to share them to the gallery or create a public result page.

Public Gallery and Sharing

If you choose to share a project, the public page may display the generated pattern, preview image, title, palette information, bead counts, and remix actions. Do not share images or artwork unless you have the right to do so.

You may request removal of public content you created. We may also hide or remove content that violates our policies or another person’s rights.

Accounts and Payments

You may try parts of the product without creating an account. Accounts may be used for saved drafts, download history, subscriptions, credits, support, and public gallery management.

Payment information is handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Usage and Device Data

We may collect limited technical data needed to operate and protect the service, such as browser type, device type, approximate locale, error logs, rate-limit events, and basic usage events.

Cookies and Local Storage

We may use cookies or local storage for sign-in, language preferences, session state, generated-project state, and product functionality.

Your Choices

You can choose not to create an account. If you do create one, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account-related personal information.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted transport, access controls, and private-by-default product design. No online system is perfectly secure, but we work to minimize unnecessary exposure of user images and projects.

Changes

We may update this policy as PixelCraft AI evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
